Gurvinder Sandher is the Artistic Director of Cohesion Plus which is based in North Kent. He organises culturally diverse festivals which use the arts as a way of bringing together diverse communities. He also produces innovative outdoor shows and performances which aim to fuse together different art forms.
His background is in Bhangra folk dance which comes from North India. He has
been performing since 1985 and was one of the co-founders of the well-known and popular group Four by Four Bhangra. He has performed across the world and still continues to perform to this date.
